لا نتتبع موقعك الجغرافي، ولا نجمع بيانات بطاقات الدفع، ولا نستخدم أدوات إعلانات أو تحليلات تتبع.

كيف نستخدمها

لإدارة الحسابات، وعرض المعامل والأسعار، وتنفيذ الطلبات والتوصيل، وتسجيل المدفوعات والمستحقات، وإرسال الإشعارات، والدعم، ومراجعة التقييمات، وحماية الخدمة من إساءة الاستخدام.

من يرى بياناتك

تظهر تفاصيل الطلب للزبون، وللمعمل المنفّذ، وللناقل المكلّف، ولإدارة طابوكة المخوّلة فقط. أرقام الهواتف تُعرض لطلب محدد ولمدة محدودة: يرى الزبون والناقل رقم بعضهما من قبول الناقل للمهمة حتى 24 ساعة بعد تأكيد التسليم؛ ويرى المعمل رقم الزبون ما دام الطلب مفتوحاً وحتى 24 ساعة بعد التسليم؛ ويرى الناقل رقم المعمل أثناء تنفيذ التوصيل فقط. لا تظهر أرقام المعامل للزبائن أو الزوار، ويُوجَّهون إلى دعم طابوكة بدلاً منها.

نستخدم خدمات Google Firebase (تسجيل الدخول، قاعدة البيانات، الدوال، تخزين الصور، الإشعارات، الاستضافة)، وتُحفظ البيانات على خوادم Google في الولايات المتحدة. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.

الأمان وحقوقك

نستخدم اتصالات مشفرة وصلاحيات وصول بحسب الدور، ولا يمكن لأي نظام ضمان أمان مطلق. يمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها عبر البريد أو واتساب أعلاه. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أبداً.

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد؛ وإذا علمنا بوجود حساب لطفل دون 13 عاماً نحذفه. إذا كان عمرك دون 18 عاماً فاستخدم التطبيق وقدّم الطلبات بعلم وليّ أمرك. سننشر أي تعديل على هذه السياسة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث.

We collect account details (name, email or phone, account type; passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication), order details (items, prices, delivery address, recipient name and phone, notes, status, payment records), factory and driver business details, proof-of-delivery photos, reviews and reports, notification tokens and technical/security logs. We do not track location, collect payment-card data, or use advertising or analytics trackers.

Order details are visible only to the customer, the fulfilling factory, the assigned driver and authorized TABOOKA staff. Phone numbers are shown per order and for a limited time (customer and driver from the driver's acceptance until 24 hours after delivery; the factory sees the customer while the order is open and up to 24 hours after delivery; the driver sees the factory only during the delivery). Customers and visitors never see factory numbers. Data is stored with Google Firebase in the United States. We do not sell data.

Retention: account data until the account is deleted; order and payment records as long as needed for accounting and disputes, with your name and number removed on deletion where possible; delivery photos are deleted automatically 90 days after they are taken at delivery; daily backups deleted after 14 days. See the account deletion page. The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data; if we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13 we delete it. Users under 18 should use the app and place orders with a parent or guardian's knowledge.
